What we do
Understand it. Build it. Connect it. Automate it. Support it.
From custom software, automation and AI to data, security and everyday IT — one partner for all of it. Every engagement starts the same way: with how your business actually works, so you only pay for what makes a real difference.

01 / Core services
Where the biggest gains are.
When people copy data between systems, the business pays twice — once for the software, and again for the person working around it. These five services are where we help businesses save the most time and money, and work with the most confidence.
Core · 01
Software & app development
When off-the-shelf software doesn’t fit, we design and build what’s missing — shaped around the way your business works, not the other way round. From a small internal tool to a full SaaS platform, we build it, host it and support it.
↑ Software that fits your business
Includes
- ✓Web, mobile and Windows desktop applications
- ✓SaaS and multi-tenant platforms
- ✓Customer and staff portals
- ✓Internal tools and line-of-business systems
- ✓Plugins and extensions for existing platforms
Use case
A field-services business took its job requests by phone and email. We built a customer portal where clients book work, upload photos and track progress themselves. It connects to the job system the team already used, so nothing is re-entered, and calls to the office dropped as customers found answers on their own.
Why it matters
19%more turnover per worker in UK firms that use advanced technology — such as cloud systems or specialised business software — than in similar firms that don’t.
Turnover per worker, for every £1.00 in firms without the technology.

Integration & automation
Many businesses already own good software — it just doesn’t talk. We connect your CRM, finance, operations, website and Microsoft 365 so data is entered once and flows everywhere, then automate the rules-based work around it: approvals, hand-offs, reports and reminders.
↑ Hours back every week
Includes
- ✓Integrations between existing systems and SaaS tools
- ✓APIs, webhooks and secure data sync
- ✓Workflow and approval automation
- ✓Document generation and scheduled reporting
Use case
A service business typed every website enquiry into its CRM, then re-keyed the details into a quoting tool, a job system and its accounts. We connected the four systems: an enquiry now becomes a lead, an approved quote becomes a job, and a completed job raises its own invoice. Each customer’s details are entered once, and the team spends its time on the work instead of the paperwork.
Why it matters
5 weeksa year lost to switching between apps — almost four hours every week spent finding your place again.
One square = one week of the working year

Practical AI
AI is now practical for everyday business tasks — but only when it’s pointed at the right one. Our AI consultancy finds the repeated tasks where AI genuinely helps, builds it safely into the tools your team already uses, and keeps a person in control.
↑ More done, same team
Includes
- ✓AI assistants that know your documents and processes
- ✓Document and email processing
- ✓Drafting, summarising and classification
- ✓AI readiness and safe-use guidance
Use case
A finance team spent hours each week opening supplier invoices, keying them into the accounts system and chasing approvals. An AI step now reads each invoice, matches it to the right supplier and order, and routes it for approval. Only the exceptions reach a person — and every decision is logged so the process stays fully auditable.
Why it matters
35%of UK businesses with 10 or more staff now use AI — up from 12% in 2023. Adoption has nearly tripled in under three years.
Share of UK businesses with 10+ staff using at least one AI technology.

Data & insights
Most businesses already hold the data they need to make better decisions — it’s just scattered across systems and spreadsheets. We bring it together into clear, live dashboards and reports, built in Microsoft Power BI or the tools you already use, for leadership and every team, so you can see what’s working, spot problems early and decide on facts, not gut feel.
↑ Clarity to make the right calls
Includes
- ✓Executive and board-level dashboards
- ✓Department dashboards — sales, operations, finance, HR and service
- ✓Compliance, risk and audit reporting
- ✓One reliable source for your key numbers
- ✓KPIs and alerts that flag issues early
Use case
A leadership team waited until mid-month for a spreadsheet report assembled by hand from four systems. We built one live dashboard covering enquiries, jobs, cash flow and margins, plus a compliance view for the operations manager. The numbers update automatically every day, so the monthly meeting is spent deciding what to do — not debating which figures are right.
Why it matters
47%of businesses that analyse their data report efficiency gains or cost savings — against 14% of those that don’t.

Cyber security
Many attacks on small and growing businesses aren’t sophisticated — they get in through a weak password, an unpatched laptop or one convincing email. We close the gaps, back up what matters and help your team spot the warning signs, so one mistake doesn’t become a crisis. We can also prepare you for Cyber Essentials certification, the UK government-backed scheme many customers and public-sector contracts now ask for.
↑ Peace of mind
Includes
- ✓Security review and risk assessment
- ✓MFA, device and email protection
- ✓Backups that are tested, not assumed
- ✓Staff awareness and phishing training
- ✓Cyber Essentials preparation
Use case
A growing office relied on passwords alone, had laptops that hadn’t been updated in months, and had never tested its backups. We switched on MFA for every account, brought every device under management with encryption and automatic updates, and ran a restore test so recovery is proven, not assumed. A short awareness session then helped the team recognise phishing before it does any damage.
Why it matters
46%of UK small businesses identified a cyber breach or attack in the last 12 months — rising to 65% of medium-sized ones. Only 25% of businesses have a formal incident response plan.
Share of businesses in each size band (by employees) that identified a breach or attack.

02 / AI, without the hype
Practical AI your team will actually use.
AI is useful when it takes a specific, repeated task off someone's desk — and a distraction when it's bought because everyone else is buying it. We start with the task, not the tool. That's how our AI consultancy works: an AI readiness assessment first, then the right tool, set up safely inside the systems you already use.

Safe by design
Your business data stays in your own environment wherever possible, a person stays in control of the decisions that matter, and everything is designed with UK and EU GDPR in mind.
Document processing
Invoices, forms, contracts and CVs read and filed automatically, with exceptions flagged for a person.
Your own knowledge assistant
An assistant that answers staff questions from your policies, procedures and past work.
Email and enquiry triage
Incoming messages sorted, summarised and routed — with draft replies ready to check.
Reporting and summaries
Plain-English summaries of the numbers, meetings and activity that matter.
AI readiness review
Where AI will help, where it won’t, and the data and security groundwork first.
03 / How an automation project runs
Small, safe steps. Value from the first one.
We'd rather automate one process properly than ten badly. Every automation project follows the same five steps, and you see a working result early.
STEP 01
Pick the process
We choose the one that costs most in time, errors or frustration.
STEP 02
Map it as it really is
How the work actually happens — not how the manual says it does.
STEP 03
Fix, then automate
Remove unnecessary steps first, then automate what’s left.
STEP 04
Build and hand over
Tested with your team, documented and handed over.
STEP 05
Measure and improve
Check the time saved, then move on to the next process.
Tool-agnostic by design.
We're not tied to any vendor or platform. We choose whatever is simplest for you to own and run — very often something you already pay for. These are some of the tools and technologies we work with every day.

04 / Everyday IT
The foundations, done properly.
Automation and AI need solid ground: supported people and devices, a well-run Microsoft 365, reliable hosting and a clear direction. Take one of these, or all of them — it's the same team either way.
Managed IT & Support
Dependable, friendly IT support with proactive care, so problems are fixed before they slow anyone down. Everything is documented, so you’re never dependent on one person — including us.
Includes
- ✓Helpdesk and remote support
- ✓Device, user and licence management
- ✓Monitoring, updates and patching
- ✓Starters, leavers and equipment set-up
A good first step
An IT health check: devices, accounts, backups and support needs reviewed — with a plain-English report and a prioritised list of fixes.
Microsoft 365
Many businesses use a fraction of what Microsoft 365 already gives them. We set it up properly, secure and manage it, and help your team make real use of the wider ecosystem — from Teams and SharePoint to Planner, Bookings, Forms, Power Apps and Power BI.
Includes
- ✓Set-up, migration and clean-up
- ✓Better use of the apps you already have — Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Bookings, Forms, Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot
- ✓Device and identity management with Intune and Entra ID
- ✓Security, monitoring and alerting with Microsoft Defender
- ✓Azure services that extend Microsoft 365
- ✓Licence review, adoption and training
A good first step
A Microsoft 365 review: what you pay for, what you actually use, what you’re missing — and a security baseline check.
Strategy & Transformation
For businesses choosing what to do next — or starting from scratch. A clear, independent direction and a plan you can actually deliver.
Includes
- ✓IT strategy and roadmap
- ✓Systems and supplier review
- ✓Digital transformation programmes
- ✓Software selection and implementation
A good first step
A current-state review: your systems, costs, risks and priorities mapped on one page — the basis for any roadmap.
Websites & Digital Marketing
Websites designed around what your customers need to do, connected to your CRM, booking or accounts systems so enquiries don’t stop at an inbox — and the digital marketing to bring the right people to them, measured properly.
Includes
- ✓Website design, build, hosting and care
- ✓Forms, booking and e-commerce, integrated with your systems
- ✓Search, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn campaigns
- ✓Google Analytics, Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- ✓Performance, accessibility and SEO foundations
A good first step
A website and marketing audit: speed, search visibility, tracking and conversion — with the quick wins ranked.
Cloud, Hosting & Infrastructure
Fast, secure hosting for websites and applications, and cloud moves planned around the business so they fix more than they break.
Includes
- ✓Managed website and application hosting
- ✓Cloud migration to Azure or AWS
- ✓Backup and disaster recovery
- ✓Network and connectivity advice
A good first step
A hosting and backup review: performance, security and cost — plus a recovery test, so you know you can get back up.
